All Effects ( not dynamic) with Ground Normal=1 are not grounded. they stand vertically instead of flat.
I have only installed the client. Back to the previous version 5.2.18.27565 and everything works correctly

Have you tried this?
Ground Decal
If this is set to 1 the particle will decal on to the ground surface. This is for such effects as wake, rotor wash, burn marks, and similar ground effects. Ground Decal=1

No, that doesn't help. With Ground decal=1 the effect is not visible. All effects that work with Ground Normal=1 are now vertical because the parameter does not work. I have also seen this with other developers.
This looks like this instead flat
I have to set Rotation X to 90 in the model. Then it works. But that's not a solution, because it will certainly be different again with the next update.
I really don't feel like changing the effects every time, because this is not the first time.
Is anyone here still interested in this or is everyone already at MSFS?

OK I understand now.
It seems it is function of the effect parameters.
For having flat effect I use Rotation with -30, -180, 0 in the attachpoint
No issue for me with that since 4.5HF3 to 5.2HF1.
Hope you will find somebody knowing about that.

I had no problems before 5.2HF1.
I have over 100 freeware sceneries and then something like this is extremely annoying.
I have also seen this in payware.
I hope LM will fix this and the parameter "Ground Normal=1" will be usable again.
