followed debugging and no success

sim will load and crash to reboot before any flight.
All debugging steps completed per prior post information

New windows 10-64 bit home New v5 downloaded and installed
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)
AMD Radeon RX 570 8gb
32 gb memory
z 390 motherboard
JustFlight Arrow iii only addon uninstalled and no change
no overclocking - factory specs
only 1 error in the event viewer after probably 25 reboots

Have you made a search on this forum with "KERNELBASE.dll"?
Have you tried to change your setting for making a test?

nothing on this forum except my posts for kernelbase. google offers about many suggestions but not a cure, and I'm not a computer geek, so thanks all for offering ideas and I'm back to FSX, which works 100%.
