I just wanted to add my tuppence worth on this issue.
I have no idea of the thousands of manhours of work that went into this project or how many of the LM P3D team are burned and wrecked left lying on the floor of some room somewhere but, for me, what a total triumph!
I have spent a day sitting in the cockpit of my PMDG Boeing 737 NGXU at Orbx Edinburgh Airport fine tuning a plethora of graphics and other such settings to maximise the performance of my Sim and have now, excellence in visual and performance settings at a level I have never experienced before.
Fortunately I have the best terrain and add-on packages avaialable on the planet in Orbx TE/EU/Airports and 3rd party airports via their Central System and a good machine:-
CPU: Intel i9 10850k @ 5.0 Ghz (All Cores)
RAM: 32Gb DDR4 3200Mhz
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 FE 10Gb
VR: Valve Index
Therefore I just want the LM Team to know - thank you for all your work, and if one day you wonder if what you do makes any real difference in this crazy thankless world we live in; it does.
