Prepar3d Crashes On Opening Screen

Prepar3D is causing a lot of problems it crashes immediately upon startup uninstalled reinstalled same issue

same for me builds database for new scenery, new installation and running fresh install of windows, i.e no previous version installed. and just keeps crashing after launches

Are you running an Nvidia card? What drivers do you have installed? If you have the 465.89 version, that will cause the issue you are having. Roll back a version and you will be fine.

Hmm..I just launched P3D after a few months and I have the same issue. Also have 465.89. How do you roll back versions?

I just re-installed the 461.92 version driver from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
CPU:Core i9-14900KF RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz DISK: M.2 SSD OS: Win11
GPU: GeForce RTX 4090 24GB SCREEN: 3x, 85" TV FM: ProSim B38M COCKPIT: B737-MAX-8
