Anthony,
What are your system specifications, and are you running anything in the background?

That was the CPU, and it will certainly run v. 4.5 - but, it was the CPU data only.
What about the rest of the system?

We may have an odd case here.
According to what I can find out, the card has to be model GM107-220-A2 to support DirectX 12 - can you find out whether the card is really that variant, or a plain GM107?
You might also want to update your Windows 10 - a preview version came out yesterday - and your nVidia drivers, new drivers also came out yesterday.

Sorry, v. 4.5 uses DX11, so there should not be a problem in running that one with your graphics adapter - I was thinking v. 5 which needs DX12.
How much RAM do you have in the system, and are you running anything in the background?

What happens if you make a backup copy of your prepar3d.cfg file, then delete the original and run P3D again?

Hi
If before you update your Graphics driver all work fine, have you tried to install the previous Graphics driver?

This is quite odd.... running out of RAM with 32GB! I have never managed to run out of RAM, with only 16 GB...
There are at the moment 2 possibilities in my mind - either there is a HW problem with the RAM, or (more likely in my mind) something is running on startup that fills up a large part of the RAM.
Anthony615 - try to do this: reboot the system, then wait for about 5 minutes without doing anything.
After the 5 minutes, hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then select Task Manager. Take a screenshot of the Task Manager screen and post it here.
