P3D 5.1 HF1 / HTML5 Window stops responding

Good Evening,

This one is a new one for me. I'm using 5.1 HF1 Non EA, and have had a series of CTD free flights using various addon sceneries and aircraft. While flying FSL A321 from DFW/CLT just outside of TD my ATC window decided to stop communicating with me. In the background ATC is talking to me & other aircraft but the window no longer updates it with the current information. I am unable to select any of the 4 options I have while in flight via keyboard/mouse. I also noticed that after I (Nordo) landed and parked at the gate GSX was called automatically...( built-in to the bus), the HTML5 window that I brought up didn't allow for any user control. I could not select any other option via keyboard/mouse again.

While this initially happened in flight I shot a video of it on my phone and uploaded it for your viewing.

CPU or Graphics card overclocked?

Which ATC are you using?

To try to isolate what is causing the CTD
Look in the Windows Event Viewer and get the
Faulting Module Name

example:

Cpu is OC'd at 4.5, GPU at Stock speed, default ATC. This glitch didn't cause a CTD...it was fully stable gate to gate...except for this one instance.

Which Add-ons are you using?

CPU or Graphics card overclocked?

No airport Add-ons?

No Add-on aircraft?

No GSX in use?

How long before you see the problem on a flight?

E.g., Checking ATIS, during taxi etc?

Would this be a long flight like several hours in a PMDG aircraft?

What is happening at the time in cruise e.g., is ATC giving you instructions?

I have PMDG to test but not GSX or FSlabs.

I do have i9 9900k ( not overclocked) and RTX2080Ti 11GB (not overclocked).

I am getting ready to do a test flight.
Can you suggest a good departure and arrival airport for the test?
I will use the P3D flight planner.

In addition to my previous post (questions and information) I have a few additional questions:

Do all your flights have the problem?

Are you using any time acceleration (P3D or PMDG’s) for the flight?

Are you using any software during cruise like Navigraph charts or other programs?

I have exactly the same problem.

I only fly FSLABS
