5.1 Won't launch - Menu screen crash.

Hello Everybody
LM thanks for the new update .

First time I have a problem with P3D after installing new 5.1 client and then trying to launch the program and when I see the menu the screen crashes ( after 5 sec ) even if i've opened as administrator.

Never had a problem when updating to new clients before .
Any Solution ?

Do you still see this issue if you run the "Delete Generated Files" shortcut in the Prepar3D application directory?

I didn't delete generated files, If I do delete generated files will i lose all my add-ons for example all my airports and plans installed already?

I get a crash that Im looking into on the splash screen that says device hung access denied, click yes, no or cancel, when I click cancel, I can still access the menu system in p3d but it will ctd if i try flying..... It seems its a driver issue maybe, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers correctly and still get the message
