Fix for Oculus Crash in Version 4.5

Hello Everyone,

We have identified an incompatibility issue with the Oculus Rift and the base Prepar3D v4.5 install. Please download the following zip file and extract it. You should then copy the included VirtualReality.dll and paste it in your Prepar3D installation folder. Accept all prompts to overwrite the VirtualReality.dll.

We will include this update in a future v4.5 hotfix.
