ATC ; ni dialogs

Hi,

I don't know what to do to solve my problem (Don't know what did cause it; it worked fine) ;

In the ATC window, i don't see dialogs in the upper frame and there is no ATC sound; but in the commands frame, the ATC works, the different options are there and react accordingly with my choices. And i have traffic in the simulator.

As from your signature are you currently using Prepar3D v4.1 ?

There has been various ATC fixs in the most recent version of Prepar3D (v4.3)

These ATC updates are Installed through the Client component update

If you wish to update Prepar3D please see the topic below

My signature is out of date, i have 4.3 and i lost my ATC a few weeks after migration.

Before we move on any further try this quick step..

Delete the Prepar3D.cfg file and let Prepar3D generate this file again when launched next.

I have reinstalled the client and have generated a new cfg, but no luck.

It occurs with all the planes. ???

Just to confirm, Did you first uninstall the current Client (This is required) before you reinstalled the v4.3 Client ?

Also, If you launch Prepar3D , Click Help > "About Lockheed Martin" You have v4.3 confirmed here ?

Have you tried disabling your utility Add Ons like FSUIPC and AS16 and then testing the ATC ?

thank you for your help,

I run fresh installed 4.3 2925523 with new cfg, FSUIPC and Add ons are disabled.

And no way. I have traffic, traffic sound, can activate or deactivate progressive taxi, but no ATC text, no ATC sound.

Hello Poppet,

No, it is different :

ATC is working,
The ATC dialog box is empty and there is no ATC sound,
I don't here the dialogs between ATC and me and between ATC and AI traffic.
The upper box is only week, no message, no error message.
AI traffic is active
I cant obtain clearance, set on or off progressive taxi. When I select an ATIS frequency, no sound, no text.

The only advice I can offer you is to follow the general debugging steps below one by one. Ensure you also follow steps 5 (remove the generated files) Then Introduce your Add Ons back one at a time and test as you go along to try and Isolate the Issue
