CIGI 3 Host Emulator cannot work with P3DV4.4

I downloaded Host Emulator_Win32_v3.3 from sourceforge.The IP address and the sending and receiving ports are set according to the help document.Show successful connection in Host Emulator.But there was no response when entity was added.
