Hi ,, there is not one , the simconnect .ini is created by you to your requirements or those of a program...
it should go in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Files folder.

You should read the Learning centre section of Simconnect... (in the root P3D Learningcentre.chm..)

I have tried to fix this SimConnect Issue as well but I can't seem to do it because I do not know these things very well and I do not know how to make these files and so on. Are there any tutorials out there?
