bglcomp.exe can't be executed

Hello,

Recently, my company purchased a Prepar3d licence to evaluate it. I followed the 3dsmax tutorial (Oil rig) and at the step named "reating a Model and Placement File (*.BGL)", I get the follwoing error message :
This application can't be executed on your PC
to find a version for your PC, ask the software publisher for more information

It seems to be a native Windows 10 warning message (blue background).

Any help would be appreciated !
