No VisualFXTool.dll in the installer 5.3.12.28072

Is it me or you did you forget to add VisualFXTool.dll in the installer
Prepar3D v5 SDK 5.3.12.28072\Modeling\Special Effects\Visual FX Tool

Hello,

The Visual FX tool is now located in the core application. You can access through the Tools->Development menu. If you aren't seeing the menu option refer to this post: https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopi ... 1&t=143879
