Player's Aircraft State Defaults

I have recently started configuring auto-launching multiplayer sessions for my v5.1 training device via the -net switch, requiring me to edit my default FXML file in Sim Director - enabling multiplayer and adding a single Player object.

My issue is that I need to change some default states for the player object - the aircraft currently always loads a black jet. In the original FXML, this jet is running and ready for takeoff.

How do I edit parameters of the Player's jet in the scenario, not ownship parameters?
