I am attempting to create a scenario where I follow a pre-recorded flight for the purposes of formation practice. So far I have setup the following as per the images below:
The problem that I am having is two fold:
1) When I load the scenario, my own user aircraft immediately starts takeoff because full thrust is applied and the thrust cannot be adjusted until a minute or so later on, at THAT time I then can resume normal control. All other controls appear to be functional in fact I can see the thrust lever moving while I initially do not have any control.
2) When I eventually do resume control and come back to land, the AI aircraft that I have assigned (I hope correctly) a pre-recorded flight as AI, is still there where I left it with its engine running without showing the least bit of interest in going anywhere in particular and any give time.
Help would be appreciated.
