A question to Max.Some lakes, ponds and Rivers not freezing in Alaska

Post by aguiar »

Hello Max,

While flying in Alaska I've observed that some lakes, ponds and rivers are not freezing during the winter. I've attached a screen shot of Puntilla lake but there are other ones. It doesn't affect all Lakes, Lake Hood for example freezes in winter time. Will you please check it?
Thanks

Hi, I'll take a look at what you are talking about. I don't have data for which lakes freeze in the winter!

Hello Max,
I wonder if you guys could make The inland water bodies freeze during The winter, where appropriate.
Thanks
