[P3D v2] Flashing autogen trees in very dense forest
To moderators:
Do you think this topic should be moved (or duplicated) into the SUPPORT section of the forum ?
Since the first investigation are showing that the problem doesn't come to the way the scenery was designed, but from a P3D problem instead, the support section might be more suitable than "scenery development".

An ORBX not LM issue to be looked at, surely?
Please post in the appropriate forum `over there`. Don't forget system specs, all addons included, whether you're running some mad hybrid installation - and which (date) version of the 140201 Library you have installed. I mention this because this library was only updated today.
And the order number. They're fussy about that.

No door is closed to an open mind.

I understand your point of view, unfortunately the reality is different.
The problem here does not come from the scenery maker. It's a problem within the P3D autogen system which is totally unable to handle a very dense area.
So far, the problem occurs with:
- Freeware autogen over payware scenery, visible on my video
- payware autogen made by OrbX
- freeware autogen over totally empty default area with no other addons at all
Addon makers are absolutely not concerned by this problem, they define a standard autogen with standard tools, and P3D can't handle it past a certain threshold.
It's a small glitch in the P3D engine, and I hope LM plans to take care of it in any of the next patches.
