ICAO simBrief and Simulator Conflict

Post by Murcielago »

Hello, the use of an add-on named Simbit World with the P3D4.5 simulator, has revealed that there are inconsistencies or differences between the ICAOs used by the simulator and those of simBrief. As an example, I can mention the ICAO conflicts:
UGTB-UGSB, and
UUWW-UUBW

The big question is who should perform ICAO corrections or updates: SimBrief or P3D?

I think this is an important issue, and I would be immensely grateful if you could take action on the matter.

Thank you very much and best regards

Hello Murcielago ,

Example :UUBW
I had a quick look.

Not in P3Dv4

Ok in P3Dv5
Ok in SimBrief
Ok in Navigraph Charts

P3D fixes problems in P3D.

P3Dv4 is no longer being updated.

P3Dv5 is current and is being updated.

Now everything is clear. Nobody has made any mistake, just Moscow Zhukovsky airport, identified with ICAO-UUBW, is not in the list of available airports in P3D4.5 simulator.

If anyone knows how to update P3D airports, I would be very grateful.

Thank you very much for your invaluable cooperation and excellent replies.

Best regards

It can be found here:

https://www.drzewiecki-design.net/produ ... REPAR3D_V5

It is in the package "Moscow City", which also contains the other Moscow airports except UUEE. But this costs folding money....

For a freeware airport, look here:
