[P3DV5.1] Stutters and freezes in rainy conditions

Hello,
i am facing annoying stutters and rain whn in the ground with P3d.
I have already reduced my settings (mid to low now), i have stable fps (32) but whenever there is an action (click on lights switch or move views) i have stutters and freezes.
Already deleted generated files but still same issue.

When it's cloudy or sunny no issue is smooth like silk.

I7-8700K
GTX1070
16Go RAM
Antvirues exceptions set for the p3d folders (P3d, appdata, program data)

I use :
P3dV5.1
FSLABS
ActiveSky
Vpilot (stutters even when not used)
Navigraph (stutters even when not used)
VA software (BAW Virtual -Merlin)

Any ideas?

Do you have the problem if just the default flight F-35A at KRND is loaded ?

I happened to have.

I have reinstalled the 3 individual elements(Client content scenery) and had a new P3d.cfg file.
Works ok...no more freezes for now but other issue came up
