Have experienced a couple of CTDS whilst flying these routes. I've recently lost Amsterdam to Washington and Amsterdam to Vancouver. Both times using the PMDG 777 with the sim at x4 acceleration. I have Orbx Euro and North America as well as Vector. Other active addons are GSX, active sky and REX skyforce.
For the Washington flight i repeated it and arrived successfully. Haven't had the time to redo the Vancouver flight but the issue seems sporadic and I've never had an issue going East bound!
This is with P3Dv4.4 as well.
