Migrate IRIS Texan II B from P3D4 to P3D5

I am trying to copy the IRIS Texan II B from P3D4 to P3D 5 and I need to know what effect files I need to copy over. I have successfully
copied the main folder over but the exterior lights don't work and I need to know what effect files to copy over to V5.

it could be a great help for other if you explain how you succeeded.

I downloaded this plane from Rikoooo but their installer doesn't allow installation on both versions of P3D (V4.5 & V5.x)
It detect that the plane is already present on your PCC and asks to uninstall it before proceeding.
