Can I find out my license ID in P3D

Hi I have 3 copies of P3Dv4. I am using one on one of my PCs but I don't know which of the three copies it is. I would like to get the other two copies reset but cannot until I know which copy I have activated. The other two copies seem to have locked because I haven't used them for a long while. Is...

A way to empty the Keys & Axis assignments

Hi. I use P3D with ProSim737. When using ProSim ALL assignments in P3D have to be deleted. This is currently a long and laborious process and for each joystick/throtlle/keyboatd/mouse/yoke/USB I/O input card etc. I have to work my way down the list of Kay & Axis assignments clicking first on the...

Change settings without loading a flight

Is it possible to change settings (Graphics, Scenery, Lighting, Weather, etc) at startup without loading a flight?

Re: Is Oculus Rift worth it for P3D?

Solo86 - can you please explain how do I activate "Async. Timewrap" and "Leap Motion"? Still trying to understand all that... Ascynchronous Timewarp is done automatically by Fly Inside. It's what makes it so good. Leap Motion is a hardware add-on that you fit to the front of you...

Thanks.
I'll overclock the CPU and see how that affects things.

Re: 10-12 FPS with a GTX1080

Thanks.
I'll give that a go.
It does show the correct graphics card in the P3D Settings.

Re: Is Oculus Rift worth it for P3D?

I agree with r3face when he says "the feeling of being there is just so freaking real.". It is and every flight simmer so far that has tried it feels the same. Using FlyInside with it's brilliant 'Asynchronous Timewarp' feature the FPS is in the 90s and very smooth indeed. If you also use ...

Yep... That sorted it.
Obviously P3D doesn't like me using 2 different graphics cards.
Although FSX was fine with it?
Maybe becasue P3D uses DX11 effects?

Thanks Vaughan for pointing me in the right direction.

I have 3 monitors on my GTX770 and 1 monitor on my onboard Intel HD Graphics 4600.

Hmmmm it doesn't bother FSX but maybe P3D doesn't like it?
I'll disable the Intel Card and see if that sorts it?

I have 4 monitors all 1920 x 1080.
I am currently using Nvidia Driver 320.49 but I was using 353.30.
Should I roll forward to 347.88 and try that?

I do hear the engine running but pressing the 'P' key does not pause the simulation.
I also cannot select any of the menus.

THere are no errors in the windows event log.

Prepar3D_v2_Academic_2.5.12946.0.zip

It checked out ok using WinMD5 and installed ok.

Howeer I still have the same problem.
It starts up and the default airplane appears on the default runway for about 10 secs and then just stops and I am dropped back to the desktop.
