Yeah it is all in the SDK and also the Learning Centre.
The default C-130 aircraft support 8.33 kHz spacing

P3D supports this since release of v5.0.

Some observations regarding G-Sync. 1. If you have a multi monitor setup make sure all monitors connected to the same GPU as your G-Sync monitor/s are set to the same refresh rate. So do not let 1 run on 144Hz and another in 165Hz, set both/all monitors to the same/similar highest refresh rate both...

Yes, it is by design I belief, have a look at the bug/fix list, some changes where made to sound system.
Also when you pause/resume or use Q to mute and un-mute the sound, certain sounds will reset/re-sync.
