Is your frame rate set to Max.
If so try a setting such as 30, 40 etc

Have you fps set to Maximum Or unlimited.

Try dropping it to a number eg 30, 40 or 60fps.

These are v5.3 with EA ON.
Not bad for an FSX aircraft!
