Solved, appears a change had been made to folder control by a windows 10 update.

Since updating to 4.3 when trying to save a flight from the menu or key shortcut i Get the message" unable to save flight".

Any ideas welcome

I purchased Prepar3Dv4 today and upon running the application got an installation failed message.
