very strange !
today 1h Pm h local time always LFOU France, totaly not accurently with the real wheather
I've envtex, envshade, ASCA too
WHen I swith to historical time in Active sky ( july the 1rst ) , the clouds are ok, and no line on the horizon...

It was ok, but with those 2 update (HF1 and ACtive sky) the clear line is coming back...
I set all the settings visibility to the max values...
I find the topic you tell me to read on hifi forum, but no answer more

My old screen with VRR were both culprit.
VRR off and no more tearing, with V-Sync off and G-Sync on and driver 461.91

I've the same setup as you and I get no tearing only with the 4.57.XX or with V-Sync on...
Not sure I've goog understood : How is your v ariable rate on or off in p3d ?
