Thanks for your feedback guys. In my case I got 30FPS (_steady_ as Jurgen recommended) in a challenging scenario, so am happy with that!

30 FPS steady achieved!
F-35 at a steady 30fps, high speed (500kts) and low level (50ft) in Prepar3D 5 with ORBX Australia v2 scenery.
