I performed DDU, deleted shader folder and cfg file.
Have not had an issue since.

Re: Hardware Change Question
Thanks for the reply.
My P3D starts up just fine. I have no errors or issues that I can see.
I asked my question originally because twice my simulator just froze after flying over 90 minutes and that never happened before.

[RESOLVED] Hardware Change Question
Hello, Forgive me if this has been asked. I could not find anything specific to my situation. I replaced motherboard and cpu. Old setup was AMD and new setup is AMD. Same graphics card is being used as well as my same SSD with my operating system. P3D is on a separate drive. I never deactivated my c...

Re: go back and play the HUNG bug
@martyson,
I was telling the OP issues I had in the past.
I have zero issues with my sim to fix.

Re: go back and play the HUNG bug
Hello StevenSilva, I use the latest P3D V5.3 with FSLABS, ASP3D, ASCA and chaseplane without any issues. My GPU is 6800XT. I fly online using VATSIM. I stopped using Aerosoft Airbus (uninstalled) and P3D default ATC as I always had a CTD and or device hung. I even had CTD using ATC with a default GA...

Re: Terrain Mesh; Elevation Issues
Thanks Ray I will go back to the drawing board. I am wondering why I am getting the elevation differences. This afternoon I reset my windows and only had P3D installed. I still got the same results. Thanks, Tom Did you just update P3DHF2 or did you do a clean install? I had decided to move my file ...

Re: Terrain Mesh; Elevation Issues
I am having the same issue with KRYY (Cobb County International Airport in Georgia). It is stock scenery the runway is up on a plateau with the Grand Canyon next to it. That airport usually doesn’t have any problems. I haven’t loaded any other scenery. This is in P3D 5.3 HF2. Any suggestions? I hav...

Re: 5.2 perfect, 5.3 long pausing and stuttering is unflyable
Are you not allowed to highlight it and move it to where you want in P3D scenery library?
If not maybe look into P3D Addon Organizer by Lorbi-Si

Re: 5.2 perfect, 5.3 long pausing and stuttering is unflyable
Hey guys I also have a problem which is similar..... I used to have 45 fps in the PMDG 737 with my GTX 1060 6 GB and I5-9400 4.3 GHz. I left p3d for like 2 months or so. Now I reinstalled the sim and I get perfect frames in the default scenario. However if I load any payware aircraft like the FSL B...

Re: 5.2 perfect, 5.3 long pausing and stuttering is unflyable
I was just at gate D4 KRSW (LatinVFR for V5), FSL A319. I went into the controls section of the menu from VC and returned to 0.3fps. I closed the simulator. P3D 5.3.15.28131
This is my second encounter of this happening first one being at cruise altitude and flying for over an hour.

Re: 5.2 perfect, 5.3 long pausing and stuttering is unflyable
Understood. My FPS is way better unlocked than it is on any other setting. I honestly have not looked at the resource monitor. I am using a 6800XT with 16GB VRAM.

Re: 5.2 perfect, 5.3 long pausing and stuttering is unflyable
agree. the key is to correctly update, verify and reinstall orbx products, per directions at the orbx forum from Nick Cooper... here is the link https://forum.orbxdirect.com/topic/192424-installing-a-p3d-v5-hotfix-or-update-correctly/ Sherm Just to clarify, are you saying that the stuttering and ma...
