OK. Found the answer.
IsSynchronous=0 in CigiConfig.cfg solved the issue. Previously it was =1.

There's strange behaviour of rain (and probably snow) on CIGI clients.
When just staying on the ground - all ok.
But when you're moving the airplane, rain particles are going from up above and flying into viewport simultaneously at the same time. Is there some way to fix this?

Is there a way to start P3D application with CIGI interface turned ON? Command-line-option perphaps?
It is sowewhat frustrating to select Network->CIGI->StartIG every time I start P3D.
Couldn't find it in documentation :(.
