That's it I managed to start P3D, it was a problem related to my displays in multiple screens: When starting the screen was immediately reduced in the taskbar and no action with the right click could activate the window. I added: Load Virtual Reality = 0
AND also updated Nvidia driver in 425.31

I have exactly the same problem: upgrade v4.3 to v4.5
1 - The uninstallation of v4.3 went wrong: blocking
2 - Installation of v4.5 with success
P3D opens a window for 1 second and then disappears
But P3D is present in Task manager.
