Having same issue, downloads but fails to install

Windows7,Intel 4790(3.6),Nvida1070,8gigs ram. I have used the repair function on Acedemic, client, content and scenery, no luck. All I'm getting is start up logo for about a minute then it dies. I had same issues but I certainly don't have horsepower computer you do. I changed out a Raedon GPU to a Nvidia, comfiged the refresh rate to 30 [1/2} and set frame rates under 29. Helped me.

I have turned every setting to low, uninstalled and reinstalled. No Joy. This is starting to bug me. Computer is as follows, 8 gigs ram, 3.6 Intel4790 Msi R-7 260x. Any ideas out there folks

Blurriness started again and is worrse

Fixed it myself. for future reference the Vsync was off the the graphics section

When in scenario page, all font as well as maps are fuzzy/blurry.

Can I just uninstall the 4.3 version and install the 4.4 under my licensing with out going component to component?
