Hi I agree with you. The end of DUSK is horrible because P3D v6 consider it is DAY without sun. So all is black. But when the NIGHT comes the emissive textures are activated and all appears correctly. NIGHT is better than the end of DUSK. We have reported that but it seems that LM has no solution at...

As others identical issues, there is no possibility to be fixed by yourself.
Only LM can resolve these bugs which are located at YKCY and YCDR.
It is necessary to wait if LM do a fix.

LM gives specifications for minimum Windows version which is Microsoft Windows 10 1809

But we cannot find what Microsoft applications cannot be disabled.
Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 is required.

I confirm. This is a bug.
If you open the afcad with ADE (scenery 202 APX16200.bgl, you can see what is wrong.
The general elevation is 388.0F but some point are setted to 159.6F, 48.5F or 0.0F.
