I disabled my antivirus and turned windows firewall off and speed was better :P

Check your anti virus, this happened to me once so I got malwarebytes and got a virus, I know it's weird but this happened on an i5 and after removal of the virus the load was diversified.

Try winzip or 7 zip, I assume you are not using any unzipping software right? except the stock unzipper from windows.

The drivers on my computer were outdated hence I was facing the problem, try updating it!

I reinstalled it and it fixed my issue. Try it.

I'd like an update on this as well.
