Does anyone already have tested REX with the new 2.3 version?
As for OPUS weather engine I can report that it functions flawlessly!

I'm running REX 4 texture direct and it works great, no issues.
P3D 2.3 works differently than 2.2 (relative to REX). Previously, the cloud coverage slider had little effect on FPS. Now, in 2.3, it can have a major effect on FPS. This isn't a problem, but a plus. In 2.3, volumetric clouds look much better than they did in 2.2. This slider is the way you control FPS vs. cloud coverage.
I think at least some of the folks who report lower FPS in 2.3 vs. 2.2 are running with this slider set at a level that was good in 2.2 but too high for 2.3.
