Which Airliner?.

I would like to try one of the smaller Airliners, say a A320 or something, only trouble is I have no idea of starting one up let alone setting systems and routes etc. When using XP11 I have a small jet called the Challenger 300 and it gives you a step by step guide to start from cold, setting a route etc telling you where all the buttons etc are. I don't fancy paying good money for an aircraft and just trying to get on with it. If anyone has DCS they go through all the start up procedures highlighting which buttons to press and when, that's what I would like if anyone knows of a P3D airliner which gives you that kind of tutorial.
