Floating runway lights

Hello all,

I'm new with p3d and love v4 bit I have a question:
I see that I have floating runway, taxi and approach lights. The lights  "hang" above the ground. Is this a "normal" thing in p3d?

It's a problem with all the airports. Only have ORBX global en EU installed.

That is how default light objects are displayed for airports. Been that way since, forever?
