[RESOLVED] Error 5013

Hello,
after upgrading new hardware and a fresh clean win10 install,
i get this error code now while trying to install P3D v3.0 again:

Error: No Remaining Activations (5013)

What can i do now? Thanks for any help!

Everythink ok now, LM helped very fast,
it was my fault not deinstalling Prepar3D 3.0 before upgrading hardware and new OS install.

It is well described under support/FAQ:

Questions Regarding Downloading and Activating Prepar3D
If you uninstall Prepar3D v2, before making hardware changes or before installing it on a different computer, your license will automatically deactivate and allow you to reactivate without contacting us. If you still get error 5013, please email licensing@prepar3d.com with a brief explanation and your license ID.
