Voice communication in Multiplayer with other players (PTT)

Dear sir / madam
I was trying to play a multiplayer in this I was unable to connect to my head set the voice communication with my friends so after checking in the prepar3D I got about COM1, COM2 to I I tried to connect that to the thrustmaster switch but it was not connected so I was trying to connect through keyboard switch using KEY_MULTIPLAYER_VOICE_CAPTURE_START command but also it was not work I was unable to communicate with my players so please can you help me out how to communicate with the multiplayers

I also wanted to give this a try, I have the server up and running for a future Mil Virtual Squadron, planning stages though. I have not updated to 5.4, Im still on v5.3 due to the VRS Tacpack current version available for p3d. Anyways, maybe we can both test the Comms on the server.
