DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG with Prepar3D_v5

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a problem with Prepar3D_v5.

Every time I start the program, I get the error message "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG", and the program cannot be run.

With "Prepar3D_v4" there was never this problem.

My processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

My graphics card: ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX2080TI-O11G-GAMING.

My RAM memory: 32.0 GB.

I've tried all the possible solutions available on the internet, but to no avail.

Perhaps you could send me more information on this well-known topic!?
