See Coordinates/FPS Displayed in Bright Green which is much easier to read.
Logic: Red usually signifies DANGER whereas green is more suitable for INFORMATION.
Matching:The shade of green is the same as the Nvidia Experience FPS read out.

CAUTION:
I have - NOT - tried this so be sure to make a copy of your configuration file before you attempt to change anything.
It is something which I found on the internet by chance.
If you try it out and it is successful please let others know how it worked out.
The ChangeTime & TransitionTime both have four settings namely, 1 2, 3, or 4
NB It might help if the font was a little bigger, especially at high resolution.
