My OS has crashed and I needed to reinstall it resulting in loss of all data (I guess it's a Windows 10 feature, as it never asked me if I wanted to do it).
I downloaded P3D again, but I am unable to active with the same license, as I did not uninstall properly.
Is there a way to deactivate a license online? I emailed the support, but I realized it might take a while before they get back to me.

Hello dfw
Welcome to the Prepar3D Forum.
Unfortunately not you will need to wait for Licensing support to reactivate the license again.
For other users reading this post, If you need an additional activation, Please e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com with a very brief explanation of the reason you need your license reactivated, along with your license ID and invoice number, and we will be happy to get you squared away in under two business days, holidays and weekends are not included
