Not sure why ATC had me takeoff from RWY15 ... thought I was ready for a crosswind takeoff, I guess NOT -- and the heavy passenger/baggage load made it more interesting.
Flight was painfully slow as I was fighting high head/cross winds most of it ... fortunately no icing.

Remember on those cross-wind takeoffs; some extra IAS, smartly lift off, and immediately crab into the wind. Setting up and flying realistic and challenging situations, for me, makes the best use of Prepar3D. You did that well. BTW, the music was a nice touch.
