Ground Rudder INOP after 4.1 update

I have basicly driven myself nuts trying to figure this out. Turns out, after a clean install, I have zero issues with steering on ground. However, as soon as I add any addon aircraft that I have purchased, instead of the aircraft turning when I press the rudder pedal, it begins to somewhat yaw in that direction with invisible brakes on. This action effects all aircraft within the sim. Please help. I am going nuts.
