Error 5013 - but I thought Id uninstalled

Hello all

I'm a bit fed up. I've got a beautiful and expensive new computer, bought to be able to make P3D run full out with all sliders to the right, and now I'm being told I have to wait 2 working days just to activate my new installation. The problem is that I really thought that I had uninstalled properly on my old computer which is now boxed up so that I cant get at it, I freely admit that I was probably the one in the wrong, but please don't make me wait that long. Is there no way you can send me new activation numbers please.
