P3Dv4 Content Uninstall; "The Specified Account already exists"

Hi all,

I'm trying to uninstall P3Dv4 before wiping my hard drive, however the content module refuses to uninstall, giving me the "The Specified Account already exists" error. All the other modules are uninstalled.

The installer gets stuck in an infinite loop of trying to uninstall, giving the error and restarting.
