Invalid license 5017

Hi,

My P3D V4 was purchase in August and work properly until today, it suddenly said that my license is invalid and the code is 5017.
Also I couldn't log in to my account in Prepar3D website, it looks like my account is being delete.
Is any idea on this?
I paid a lot for this game.
