Installtion Error 5010

Dear P3D

I have attempted to install P3D purchased on the 6 Apr 17. The installation completes, however on activation a message with an Error Code 5010 accompanied by text, “You are attempting to activate with a licence assigned to a different product”. The product downloaded was correctly and located via the link sent to my address.

Hello Eric,

Is it possible you are Entering an Activation password for a previous version of Prepar3D you may of had ?

Did you check and confirm the activation and password details sent to your Email account ?

The order ID and password used were those supplied by LM in their email response to my purchase. The version downloaded was the correct version.

I am going to delete installation and flush the registry and retry.
