not installing

i tried to install prepar3d v3.3.
everything goes just fine untill halfway then i get a response that it cannot continue because scenery v3 cannot be found.
and it stops
prepar3d the company points me to this forum because as they say they dont do problem solving but they do take your money.
kind a strange
but okay anyone ever seen this an installer tahat cannot install because it cannot see the stuff it installs?

Did you Download the complete Package ? Or download the files Individually ?

Can you look inside your Prepar3D Download folder and confirm you have the following 11 files below ?

By the message you are getting it seems you may be missing some of these files

Cont1.cab
Install_Client.msi
Install_Content.msi
Install_Scenery.msi
scene1.cab
scene2.cab
scene3.cab
scene4.cab
scene5.cab
scene6.cab
Setup.exe
