We have identified a bug with update v3.2 which stops subscription licenses from activating online, and are currently working on a solution. We will announce when we have a solution.
In the meantime, you can activate your license via email by clicking the "contact licensing" link on the activation menu, and sending us your two user codes to licensing@prepar3d.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE: Please do not attempt to clear your registry or uninstall Prepar3D after sending us your user codes. It will cause them to be changed, and cause activation error 9010.
