Hello Yuriy555

Welcome to the Prepar3D Forums

Did you first Extract the Zipped download before you ran the Installer ?

Also, please see the Topic below for additional troubleshooting steps whilst Install Prepar3D

Hello Yuriy555

I will bring you through steps to Install Prepar3D manually

This process will require you to Install the Prepar3D Component Installers Individually Client, Content and Scenery

Please Note: Before you begin ensure you fully update your windows operating system and Installing all available Important updates for your system.

Also temporarily disable your Antivirus Software, Your Firewall and UAC (User Account Control)

When you have completed Installing Prepar3D turn your security settings back on again but Add Exclusions for the Prepar3D core folder in your Antivirus software, This will stop any of the Prepar3D files being detected as False positives

-------------------------------------------

First Extract the Zipped download folder

You must Install the Client component first

Right click on Install_Client.msi and click Install, Go through the prompted steps to Install the Client

Next: Right click on Install_Content.msi and click Install, The process will shortly finish

Last: Right click on Install_Scenery.msi and click Install, The process will shortly finish

Then Download and Install Microsoft Visuals 2015 x86 & x64 , Run the Installers as administrator

Download and Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 , Run the Installer as administrator

When you have completed the above steps Restart your computer

Launch Prepar3D as adminastrator and go through the steps to Activate the software

Let us know how you get on
